For all you car enthusists why not check out Old Town? It is on the 192. You cannot miss it as there is a massive ferris wheel at the front

On Thursday evenings the motorbikes arrive.

Friday nights Hod rod, hot wheels turn are on show and my favorite night is Saturday. This is when the classic cars are in Town

The best part of these evenings is this is all free with live music, shops (walking distance) and a fun fair for ther kids

Sky coaster, you would drag me on there kicking and screaming, I sure aint Superman! The cars are one of my husbands favourite nights out. There are some unusual shops in Old Town too. I like the one where they sell all the Indonesian stuff. There is also a haunted house which I have heard is quite good and a waxworks which I have heard isnt and if you are into Rodeo, try the mechanical bucking bull. Lots of bars too. Old Town has a unique atmosphere of American small town in the 1950s, try it for something different.

I feel exactly the same about the skycoaster too - the only way you would get me on anything like that is in a straight jacket.

We love going to Old Town - our son is a huge fan of both the Old cars and the new go faster NOS cars. I can't remember which night is which.

We are coming over in just over a week so will hopefully get to spend a few nights there.

I love the Betty Boop shop.
