I am writing a list of documtation to attach to our E2 renewal pakkage.
We have a copy of the complet package from last time our lawyer did , about 5 lbs of paper( the person at the embassy told us that is way too much paper)

Question : do they have to have all that paperwork from when we bought the business in 1997, including in copy of checks , wire transfers, bill of sale ,broker agreementsand all that goes with it??
This was done by our laywer 2 years ago, seems to me that is somewhat overdone as we have had 3 renewals already

anyone please

We are going through Frankfurt Germany, my hubbie is German and the main Visa holder.

I went to check both the UK and the German site, they are slightly different, the German one does not require, that you have to have a residence in your home country, we really never had.

Darn , what a hasstle, hubby is working on the tax return and I am working on the letters and waht else. Our Visa is up in August but we would like to get there in July before our Visa expires in case....... At least we can come back and take other action

:dunce:

Germany will be easier for renewal than UK Just follow the guidelines to submit on their site as it may be different from the Dutch site
If you need any more help let me know
