reecy try running Norton disk docter it will fix what ever is causing your computer to freeze.
To run norton Cd.....
1. Insert norton utilities in your computer.
2. set the start up disk to be the norton utilities disk by going to menu ....
control panel....startup disk.. than choose norton disk.
3. Restart your computer this should open your computer with the norton disk not your system software.....
now you run norton from CD.
( Cd will show on your desktop .. click that it will open a window showing one set with name norton utilities double click that it will show you many options just click on DISK DOCTER....)
It will start reading everything on your computer.....
whenever you see the computer telling you ERROR say/click on FIX.
and the error will be fixed.
If you can not understand the steps explained above please let someone who knows computer read these instructions and follow ( But I am sure you can do it yourself).
Good luck
