Has anyone been through POE since 1st March, and not had to use the Green I94 form yet? Or are they still asking for the form?
Thanks,
Jim

My son did ESTA and still had to fill in the form as POE did not know about ESTA.

We came through POE yesterday and as we have a visa we filled in and handed in a white I94 form.
The others on the plane had to fill out Green I94W forms and hand them in.
I also flew in less than a month ago and someone who was sitting opposite me at the Gate asked me where I had got my form from as I was sitting filling mine out. I asked him if he had done the Online Check and he said yes, but he still then had to get the Green Form.
Queues were not really any quicker, but there were lots of POE officers there and the flights hadn't been too busy..

Something I don't quite understand really, I have heard you still have to fill in the Green Form - what's the point?

And hello everyone, its been a while! Back from blighty (after 3 weeks), those who know me know why, and now busy busy busy. Kay & Jill, thank you for the recommendations
We flew over on March 22nd. Was talking to VA check in and they said that ESTA is not at all ready to take place yet, is really sad as alot of people have paid (via dodgy websites) for their ESTA when they don't even need it. On board the plane they specified that even if you completed your ESTA you still have to do the VW.

ESTA is not a replacement for an I-94, it is a completely seperate issue.
There was a long thread about it when it was first announced.

ESTA is to replace the I94W form, as stated in the Embassy website and video. But not other forms of I94
