ESTA Application

Just a little info please ................
My daughter applied online last night for ESTA but was not given approval or denial. She answered the question 'have you ever been denied a visa ..............." as a yes because she was refused a B2 in 2005, E2 in 2007 and B2 in 2007. Does anyone know if she will be refused the ESTA and if so, how can she come over to visit us? Do they automatically refuse on those grounds? She hasn't been over here since March 2008.

If she ticked the denied a visa, they will investigate further, from my understanding if you have been denied a visa you have to apply for a visa. Anyone know anything different?

If she has to apply for a visa she must be able to prove strong, social, emotional, financial and family ties to the UK , sadly there is no appeal if she is denied a visa
