Where do I go?

Our visa is up at the end of 0ct 09. My wife and kids are going back to England next week for a visit to get the 2 years on theIR I94's I have to work as this is my busiest time. Where is the best place for me to jump out the country and back again without to many problems? Don't want to spend a whole bunch of money either. Any ideas?

Fly to the Bahamas - don't go on a cruise.

We went overnight back in March and got 2 years on our I94s.

Was going to suggest the Bahamas, from Orlando it's 55 mins but, I would go after Bill has blown by?

Stay over night then return.

Mexico works too (fly not drive) - make sure you hand old I-94 in when you leave

Just make sure the I94 is done correctly when you come back in. My wife flew back to London in Feb with 5 months left on her E2 visa and her I94 was stamped to that date only!!!! Not 2 years.

We always take a copy of our I-94 with us when we travel (hard copy and e-mail to our yahoo account) - expecially if theres a year or more on it. The if there are any problems at POE giving you only till end of visa, you can prove you had longer status before you left country.
