Hi thanks for the replies.Sorry for not replying ,we are now back in the UK and have had very limited access to the internet as we have been renovation a property.

Firstly ,to byjove ,yes we would consiter some sort of finance.We re moving back basically because the childern now want to work and the E2 does not allow them to so its back to the nasty weather of England If we could find a way we would have stayed and now having been back in England for 6 months its all to clear just how great a life we have passed up in Florida .

To Blair ,thanks for the reply ..If you would like to contact me i can give you a more comprehensive list of the income from the propertyes...The hose has been rented since we left and just one of the units in the quadplex is for rent. There is approximately income of around $89000 PA from the properties.

I love Brevard Co. its always like coming home when we go there. Originally that is where we wanted to be as our best friends live there on Merritt Island.

You are right Brevard is gorgeous it really felt like home...we lived in malabar about a mile from the indian river .. there is not a day that goes by when both my wife an i wish we were there again..Maybe in a few years when our kids are settled in their work we will be back .
