Self Employment Tax v E2 ?

Hi guys, I am new to this site but wanted to ask if anyone knew about any tax benefits from owning an E2 business in the USA ? My accountant mentioned something but knew very little about it?

strange question ?
I dont know that there are any tax benefits that are specific to the E2. You could probably claim for Visa fees and legal fees to get visa , other than that your in the same boat as everyone else.

I didn't think there were any benefits at all :disturbed: unless you mean tax benefits for the US gov!
