Hi All,
I have a 4 bed/3 bath pool home for swap in Wellington (West of West Palm Beach) Close to Wellington Green Mall and all the shops you can imagine. Wellington is an equestrian area, within a 30 minute drive to City Place and all local beaches. Next to park Can accommodate 7 comfortably.
We are looking to come up to Orlando area's for a week or so in May ( when the kids break from school). So if you would like to see what its like down here, then drop me a line. Unfortunatley due to allergies we cannot swap with people that have pets....
Regards
Katya

I know Karyns house and where it is, Katya. Take it and put up with the dog hair! They arent big enough to shed much anyway!

Sounds ideal Karyn if they dont shed. My daughter is OK but my son for some reason has allergies around animals ( although more so around cats)
My little girl wants a dog so badly, so it seems so unfair on her....no pleasing them all, LOL !! Im sure she will hunt their bowls down and be disappointed that you didnt leave the dogs behind !!
Maybe we can work something out nearer the time ?

I have a few kids going cheap.......:)
House swapping is a great idea..someone my hubby knows does it...they have a lovely home here...I don't think many people would want to stay in my place...my daughters room would scare most people to death....everything in my MA home is 20 years old...its what we call well lived in..:)

Not sure about the kids, Chrissy but I will take your grandbaby, I envy you so much having all your kids and grandchild here when I only have one kid and have seen my granddaughter once in 14 months, thats hard.
Your home here is lovely and very swappable I would say!

My FL place is so unlike my MA place...this house is very cosy..small....and full of junk....LOL!
I love having William about....I have him 5 days a week.....it does take its toll....I'd like more free time....but he is a good kid....easier to care for....I would miss him a lot now...
