E2 spouse - resident or nonresident?

Hello!

I am an E2 spouse and have an EAD. I have created an LLC and am also working as an independent consultant. Am I considered a resident or nonresident when filing taxes?

You are a resident for tax purposes but a non resident alien for immigration purposes
