Ladies & Gentlemen,

could you advise, if an L1 app has been submitted & the start date was for June 2010, what is the travel situation whilst it's being judged & also between now & the time it starts, should the app be successful???.

It's just that i'd like to come over to look at a couple of businesses etc....

many thanks

our attorney has advised us that once we start the porcess we shouldnt visit "just in case" .
I did see a post somehwere from a person who was 'in process' and got denied on the VWP when trying to visit their attorney !!

L visas are hard to get as the uscis is vetting applications in depth. How many people do you employ in the UK

my company, employs 5 people direct on PAYe, a further 7-9 full time but on self employed basis and then a varying number of subcontractors (between 15-20). Turnover is between £2.75 and £3 million pa.

If we dont qualify -then I will give up !!

i hope that is the case however after all the years of waiting and getting everything into place I wont belive it until I see it, and I am usually the most positive person you could meet !!

then its start worrying about the renewal

No problem with the first grant but the big hurdle is renewal.
