Hi .new To This,hope I'm Doing Right.i Was In Florida For 14 Months With My American Wife,got The Usual Mixed Bag Of Advise On Visa Etc.filed I130 And I485 Concurrently.then Had To Leave With Business Probs In Uk . Contacted Immigration Who Said Processing Could Be Completed In London.now Found Out It Is Not True!!told Immigration Of My Predicament And Nobody Could Give Me Answers.have Since Got An Interview Appointment For Biometrics At Uscis Orlando.quite Happy To Cme Back And Do It But Will They Let Me In?and Will I Have To Stay Whilst Everything Else Is Finalised.applied For I131 Before I Left But Still Not Received It.

How did you enter the US? e.g. VWP/B2/E2/etc
Did you overstay the provisions of the visa you entered on? If so, for how long?
Did you apply for advance parole before leaving the US?

Think you may be in serious immigration hell -- but no idea until more info forthcoming.

Did you attorney or you file for advanced paraole? and get approval before you left the USA?

If you did not then I fear you could have some problems and may wll have abandoned your adjustment of status
