Just had to tell everyone that my son got offered a place as a transfer student at UCF to do a degree in Health Science clinical track., this being a prerequisite for graduate studies in physical therapy, a schedule A occupation needing no labor certication for green card. As he turns 21 in 5 months, if we dont manage to get the green card approval through then at least he has the possibility of going on F1, it quintuples the college fees, but what the hell, its only money!! I am just hoping the issue of dual intent doesnt raise its ugly head if we have to go this route.

Hi Julie

Good idea to have a back up! Congratulations to your son, you must be so proud of him

Your right Julie, families are the most important people in the world and should be kept together, no matter what the age of your child.

Family values, family reunification should be top priority with the USCIS!

Any hardship case, so long as it has support from your senator and or immigration attorney should be approved without question or delays. I say set up a special department within the USCIS to deal

If I have to sell a property to go to court with my sons case I will
