Hi folks, Thought I would share some good news......
When we started off in our business, our customers would always ask for Matt as they believed he offered the best service. I have just had a phone call from a customer who has just moved and asked for a particular member of staff. These calls are getting more frequent. It has taken 2 years to find the right team but we have it sorted it now.
My biggest reason for giving up the american dream was not being able to find the right staff. It seemed impossible.
To everybody struggling with the daily grind, keep going , with some hard work and a lucky break it can be done.
