Thw forum has gone unusually quiet of late. This is a great ressource for us all and we need to put some time and effort into keeping it alive. Could everyone please post. If you have something you want to ask, even if it is only where to source decent bread or a good curry, then ask away and we will all getting chatting again.

Julie,
I have been on a 7 day realtor course followed by a 3 day Mortgage Broker course and the long days have been taking their toll on me. Why have I been doing these courses.......to stop my brain from dying. One of the 'potential' problems of living here is that I find you can easily slip into the 'cruise mode' and thus my need for mental stimuli.
Good curry - we usually have this brought to us by friends and family when they visit as I've not seen this in the local shops (not that I go shopping very often). Have you seen it local?

Sangam on 27 dont do a bad curry if you want a takeway, David. If you want curry in a jar, Pataks and so on the asian owned Chevron garage at the junction of 54 and Lake Willson have a good selection, also mango chutney.

Looks like Im watching the kids until July !!

Hey Fllion,
I think with all that sitting around, you would also need a couple of games of golf to get the muscles working again. Maybe a quick round before it starts and another round after. Dont mind me, i'll just get the food ready for consumption and look after the kids.
After all they are my duties and I wouldnt want to enjoy myself at any stage....just here to serve really, LOL !!!
