For H1B holders, if they file for Labor Certification before they enter their 6th year (max out period), they are allowed to extend their H1B annually. Similarly if they have their I-140 filed, they can extend their H1B by 3 years each time.

Is there such option for L1B Visa? I came USA in 2003 July 26th on L1. I will reach my max out 5 years by Sept 2008 (if I calculate number of days in USA). I want to know what are the options I have. BTW, I have my Labor certification done and will be filing I-140 within a week.

Thanks
