The Dream act if passed will help many children to be able to adjust status to that of LPR
I would like to start a discussion here on this act
What I cannot understand is why the powers that be only want to include children who have studied in the US for 5 years and be under 16 years of age on the date it is passed
Why not include children of all ages even up to and beyond 21 years, providing they apply for adjusment of status before they reach 21years as the service centres are so far behind processing cases
