My 'story' is far to complicated to post here, but I am currently in my one year H1 extensions because I have a pending labor certification. However, due to a change in the companies circumstances, I am pretty certain that when the certification gets to be reviewed, it will not be succesful. So, I have to look at alternatives. Does anyone have the name and contact information for a good immigration attorney in the Orlando area. I currently live in SC but am planning on moving to Orlando later this year. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks, Steve.

Hi Steve and welcome
I can give my attornies details and will send you a pm )private message)
or if you go to www.aila.org they have a lawyers referral system or you could do a search on www.lawyer.com
Before you choose it would be a good idea to scheck out their web site , qualifications etc.,
My attorney has been so for 30 years and has two other attorneys that have also been in the business for almost the same time.
Good attorneys do not come cheap unforunately but they are worth their weight in gold
Let us know how you get on and look forward to meeting you when you move to Florida
