I can recommend Robbie West. He is a local who lives on Happy Trails and works with his wife.

When we had our management company, he cut our lawns and cleaned our pools (he is licensed for pools also). He is trustworthy and an really nice guy. And he was "taught" how to cut grass by my wife who is a Florida Master Gardener,

He actually takes notice of what he is doing and is not one of those other so-called lawncare companies who cut the grass even when it does not need doing. He also keeps an eye on the properties when he is at them. He always called us if he saw anything untoward or saw something like a window left open. In fact he was the one who alerted us to a break-in at one of the properties we managed.
