Any South Africans out there?

Hi I am permanent resident of SA but am presently staying in Texas for almost two years now. I lived there for 12 years from 92-04. My initial plans were to visit the US for 3 months. Things change.
I found out that if I stay away from SA for 5 years I can get my permanent residence status revoked.
Unsure about the future. Considering getting machining equipment (CNC) and starting a business there in SA.
Anybody out there also interested in getting something started in SA?

Hi just joined forum.I grew up in south africa and then moved to the uk for the last 16 yrs and have moved here to florida 4 months ago.Personally i wouldnt want to start anything in south africa!i have family and friends still there but good luck if you do it.
