Like others, I am always looking to pass business to friends & colleagues. We use people on recommendation but I am always happy to look for new contacts. So if you are qualified and hold the appropriate licenses in disciplines like electrics, plumbing, air conditioning, roofing or general contracting please let me know.

I don't have any skills and so it is pointless me posting about myself:(

Oh, I think you are being very modest David. I see you as a man with many talents !! :notworthy:

Likewise, we refer and support those who have given great workman/womanship to ourselves and fellow clients. Those who are worth refering on for the good service they have provided. IMHO ( although not held liable)
For example we have refered people to;

James LaVigne- Immigration Attourney who will work with you on a very direct/honest approach (Tel; 407-316 9988) He may fair up a little more expensive than some, however you will know exactly where you stand, rather than be reeled in purly for your business.
----------------------------------------------------
We have also refered Laura Dickinson of www.moneycorp.com
They provide an excellent service of transfering monies from UK to US and likewise. laura.dickinson@moneycorp.com Tel ; 321- 559 1050
------------------------------------------------------

There are many other services of which we refer on, although I dont want to take the whole page up !!

It does help, especially if you are new to Florida having other's refer on. There's nothing like being stung by a company of which you knew nothing about. Afterall we have all worked hard to acheive our goals here !! I say if in doubt- ask !!

HI Julie,

To get a good decorator is hard to come by. We had one (as Mark and I are useless at that stuff) and when the name in he had previously decided to mix the paint outside, before walking in my carpeted bedroom. The deep red that I had chosen for an accent wall ended up all over my very light coloured carpet, whereby he slipped walking in the room !!
To have a recommendation of any home factor is so important especially when either of you are very good at fixing/changing or maintaining your home (Ours was built in 88'). If something breaks we have to call around in hope that someone has a good recommendation, rather than pick up the Yellow pages and get ripped off !

Up here on the Cape..you have to learn to be good at doing near enough everything around the house yourself..or it will fall down while you're waiting for a workman..
