Has anyone driven across the US border from Canada to obtain a TN1 visa and returned the same day in order to ensure that they could obtain the TN1 visa, with the necessary documents?
I feel it is quite risky to give notice to the current employer prior to getting the TN1 visa in the event there is any issue at the border? But will there be an issue at the border if one receives the TN1 visa and you return the same day?
