I returned to UK March 2009, at that time all bills, taxes etc, were paid. I was a dependant on my husbands E2 visa. We separated and he stayed on (has since returned, still separated) I want to return to visit my 21 yr old who is married to US citizen. Am I responsible for any unpaid taxes, etc that may have occured after my leaving? that would be in my husbands name.
I will need a B2 visa to travel, but before applying I know that on entering Charlotte in 2004 they made a wrong entry on the whole family and said DENIED entry, though my passport, I94 quite clearly states we were allowed in.
On entering in Orlando, in 2004 with a B2 visa (now expired) we were made aware of this wrongful entry, but I dont know where to go to get it corrected. There is no point wasting money/time applying for B2 until I can get this matter clear.
