GC application and visit for hols????

Hi

Was talking to my friend from UK as ya do! She became a USC 2 years ago, been married to American for 12 years b4 application. As soon as she got all the paperwork she put in an application for her brother (in the system since 2005) Will this cause any problems on entry to the US just for holidays or should he do/say something to somebody?

When her twin came over last year she said she was visiting her sister, she (my friend) was a USC now, and they will be staying with her. They gave her a grilling!!!

Any ideas on this?

Must point out, no application is in for sister.

My Mum and Dad are green card holders. I have been petitioned by Dad. I normally go to visit friends. I too always get a grilling so I wouldn't worry too much about it as it's normal. As long as they don't say they are entering the USA to live there!
