I was one of the few people who came out for the Giant Trunk and Tailgate Sale at the IPG building on the 192 yesterday.
I was one of only a handful of sellers but there were plenty of buyers - I made over $200, mainly selling small items including clothes, shoes, books and housey stuff that the kids had either grown out of or we didn't want anymore.
The Sale is going to be a weekly thing, but it is going to be held on Saturday this week to see if that is more popular. Although us Brits are used to Car Boot Sales on a Sunday, the americans are used to Friday and Saturdays.
Yesterday was Easter Sunday as well which probably didn't help, but as I say there were plenty of people looking around and buying.
I think it is $20 for a pitch and there is a Facebook page for the Sale with more info on it -
