Hi folks.

Looks like I am initially going to San Francisco on an H1B followed by an EB2 once out there.

As part of getting my California Medical License, I have to supply 2 fingerprint cards for the FBI and Department of Justice

Has anyone had to do this before?
Where do you get US authorized fingerprint cards from?
How did you arrange to get it done? Our police force say that they do not do it for the general public

Hi Chris

Congratulations ! At last your journey begins. I think you can go to the Sheriff's office and pick up the card but will speak to a couple of people and get back to you.

Have you called the tele number of the www.uscis.gov

I will be seeing Tina on Saturday night, having a few members over for a do and she is a nurse at Clebration I will also ask her but maybe send her a pm?

By the way my the doctors suspect my sons baby has Pyloric Senosis, he is badly suffering at the moment and really worried about him

If I was already in the USA I would go to a 'LiveScan' location and get them done electronically. California only accept their own authorized LiveScan operators, and NOT out of state.
I have been told that I need 2 fingerprint cards done in the UK and sent over to the California Medical Board, so need to know where I can get official cards which would be acceptable.

Pyloric stenosis can easily be diagnosed by ultrasound scan Susie. You can also feel what appears to be a 'chipolata sausage' in his upper stomach, which is the thickened pyloric canal.
It is not life threatening, and can easily be sorted with a simple operation

Don't worry

Chris,

Why H1B and not EB2 category straightaway?
