I-765 query

I am here here on an L2 visa and my husband has an L1. I have the I-765 form to complete but cannot make head nor tail of it. A helpful guy at the department of homeland security told me that in question 16 I should use category (a) (18) but I can't find that o the instructions. I called them back to be told that they couldn't help me with the form. Can anyone help please?

include copies of I94/797/birth cert/marraige cert -think thats all we did
