Seems this whole lottery idea is a scam and fixed, well imho
If you had entered for the 2012 Green Card Lottery (DV1 programme) and been sent or seen online a notice that you had been selected to win a green Card - better forget it !
Seems that there was a screw-up on the DV1 computer selection process that means that the selection was not quite as 'random' as they require 'random' to be !
So they have voided the 'winners' and going right back to make a totally new selection. All existing entrants will be re-drawn. It sounds just like Saturday night TV don't it ?
What a choker for all those people who had already been downing champagne and making family plans for emigration ?
