All very well but they never update the case status on the website and if you ring they put you on hold for two hours and then you get someone who knows nothing who reads to you from the un-updated website. The best they can suggest is to put a tracker on it you should hear within 30 or 60 days ( if you are unlucky). The words banging head and brick wall come to mind.

I know exactly how you feel the staff at the 1-800 number are merely clerks and have no immigration knowledge at all. They are only able to read what is displayed on the web site, so useless

Once your case is 30 days past your prority date you can call the 1-800 number and request they put you through to an immigration officer. You may then ask them to do an enquiry on your case and should hear something in writing between 30-40 days

Even if you get through to an immigration officer they cannot give specific information on your case. It is about time we could

hello folks,

seems there is a delegation from florida in the uk at the moment, looking for buisinesses to come to florida.
jeb bush is supposed to be also attending.
do they know the problems, the current british citizens are having over here, with visa,s and visa renewals.i guess not.????
