I thought it would be a good idea to post details on this thread so we can get an idea of exactly what is going on with the American embassy in London
Could you post
Date renewal went into American embassy
Date you received a referral (if still waiting please state)
Date of approval or denial (if still waiting please state)
This way we can get a picture of the time frame all renewals are taking, in one place, then maybe send an e-mail on behalf of applicants waiting, what do you think?
Also if you have been waiting months for your decision have any of you contacted Congressman Dave Weldon's office to chase up on your behalf?
I still cannot get my head around the fact that to get the renewal stamped in your passort you have to travel back to your home country, only to end up in the American embassy, which I believe is American soil?
