E2 Visa

I am a newbie on this site and hopefully someone could assist me. My sister in law came here on a E2 visa, it will expire December 2014. Her I-94 will expire this coming December 2011. We are taking a short vacation to Guadalajara, Mexico next month. Would this be good enough to get a new I 94 for 2 years when we come back. We are staying there for 4 days and by plane.

Make sure they take your old I94 when you leave, and be sure to ask for a new one when you return. They should hand them out on the plane for you to fill in, but they dont always.
