As I have over 10 posts, I understand that I can submit a post about my business.

I have been involved with the mortgage business here in Florida since 1995. I specialise in foreign national and non-permanent resident alien loans and refinances. I also work with investors, and can do re-hab loans, hard money loans, commercial mortgages and SBA loans.

My web site is http://www.avalonfinance.com

Hi Sue,

SBA stands for Small Business Administration. We have loans available from $200,000 to $5,000,000, for new or existing businesses.

Repayment terms are up to 30 years and they go up to 90% financing.

These loans are used for purchasing a business, expanding a business, purchasing equipment of inventory, refinancing and debt consolidation.

We have programs specifically for:
Assisted Living Facilities, Child Care Facilities, Franchise Purchases, Funeral Homes, Grocery and Convenience Stores, Hotels, Manufacturing, Medical Offices, Start-up Businesses and many more!

Richard,

Do you also do British Loans for Brits who buy 'holiday homes' in the USA?

Hi Richard,

My son lived here for a while and still owns a home here. Unfortunately because of Property Taxes his Mortgage has gone up a lot - he his hoping to return here at some stage this year - Visa permitting - but in the meantime does he have any hope of getting a new/different Mortgage with a fixed rate, also what sort of tie in's would be involved etc etc?

Your help would be appreciated.
