Its called Alli known as Xenical in the UK - makes your poo greasy (seriously thats how it works!) you have to be careful of bowel related 'accidents" but you do lose weight.

I admit it started on saturday (diet not sitting on toilet) > lost a pound a day but eating no fat and exercising

The best diet for me is running around after a 2 year old...and trying to get this jungle of a garden in order...plus never ending painting...

I do South Beach Diet. Dropped over 1.5 stones last year, just starting it again (modified thanks to being 16 weeks pregnant). Friend of mine is also trying it, and is surprised how well it's working for her. Love it, cos I can have cheese.
But as Billy Connolly says - eat less, move more....

One week later and only one pound lost and constant stomach cramps, but still going on .
I read a not very favourable report on this new FDA approved drug yesterday, a professor somewhere (sorry can't remember exactly) has stated that because of how it works it will increase the chance of colon cancer? I think I read it in the New York Times, has anyone else seen this. Does the package give any possible side effects??
Just one more thing, I tried Green Tea with Hoodia ($4.99 for 15 day supply) all natural ingredients, seemed to work for me (increases energy too). They're available in Walmarts but Walgreens are doing a similar version this week for $6.99 but on a buy one get one free offer

Just checked blood pressure and weight . Lost 2 lbs in a week and 10 points off my elevated bp . I am doing diet because of my high bp not so much weight (though for my size I am over weight.)
So far impressed with ALLI

I lost 2 and 1/2 stones in 2004, and have managed to keep it off. Although I do fluctuate and put a bit on over winter!
I originally lost it with Slimming world.. and became a vegatarian in the process.. have never been a big meat eater, and found I was having 'green' days everyday! I love pasta, fruit and vegetables, so it worked for me!
I still eat the same kind of food, but must admit to the odd packet of crisps/ biscuits!
If I have to lose a few pounds now, I try the Paul Mckenna method, of 'eat when you are hungry'?! Sounds simple, and once you are accustomed to your stomach telling you, it is! The book comes with a cd, which you listen to when you are going to sleep/or relaxing. It works for me?!
Not sure if I can put a link on here, but if anyone wants to know it, pm me.
