A lady is enquiring for information on "E2 status" on Top Forum at:

I have advised her to repost the question on here so that people with experience and experiences of 'change of status' can help her. However, she has not done so yet and may be reluctant to.
I have offered a few crumbs of advice but maybe those of you with more knowledge may like to pick up on her question there ?
She seems to have been fed with misleading information on the subject of entering the US on a B2 with the intention to applying for change to "E2 status" but seems not to realise the consequences.
