OEM/Media only software

Hi,

I wanted to know if someone can enlighten me on what "media only" Microsift Office (MOMO) means in relation to MS Office.

I already have OEM Windows Vista so I was wandering if MOMO works on the same principle. Since I built a system I am not forking out on a full retail version if I do not need to.

If I do buy MOMO as opposed to the full retail edition, is there a difference in functionality?
