Hi Deborah

The address depends on which type of application you are filing.

They have different PO Box numbers depending on the type of form or letter

Go to www.uscis.gov. That's the site for all the stuff we have to do to stay in this place. On the menu to the left you will find all the addresses for the USCIS offices. If it relates to a specific form you are completing, then go to forms, fees and find the form #. That then tells you where you file the thing.

If the USCIS do away with the visa waiver program which is quite possible then you may have to wait a year. Lets hope not
