Does anyone know of any aqua aerobics in the Davenport area that happen evenings or saturdays. I need to get fit and lose some weight before friends and family arrive for the winter. Any suggestions

You may want to try the fitness club within Celebration hospital. I know the pool there is fantasic and they have a fully equipped gym

The hospital used to have a program for overweight people as a study. They did health checks, worked out diets etc., People even got paid a token amount if they stayed the length of the course. Not sure but think they may run this program again and course runs about 26 weeks
