What a joke

If you have a case in process in the US go to www.uscis.gov and check the case status online dates.

All they have done is juggled the numbers

I notice there is no mention of processing times for I 130's

Hi yes a complete joke....:p Our application for renewal of I94 L1 has been in vermont since May. I check the dates every day and for ages they were processing applications in April.. then they changed it to applications arrived on July 26th. My attorney spent 55 minutes on hold waiting to speak with someone asking why we have heard nothing.... They said you will hear when it is processed so it has already been there for almost 120 days how much longer?????????? If they are now working on July 26th where is ours:( WHO KNOWS, THEY SURE DONT:rolleyes: Kind regards Lorraine

What a load of old bull

Next thing you know the consulate prcessing dates will be a year and when it reaches such a backlog they will transfer files back to the USA.

Trouble is half of them will get lost in the system
