I would rec my husband if we were in FL...he's done a great job of our floors...better than the people we paid to do it...thing is I can't get him to replace 3 broken ones on FL...
If only he would take on broad that he does first class home repairs and come into house flipping with me....next year we would be Millionaires......LOL!
I've got my kids into house flipping now...I only wish they had some talent in it....

If anyone can beat $2.50 per square foot for installation then please post the details, ......and also, as long as the person/company has been doing it for over 20 years and is fully licensed and insured.
I have great tilers, but it's taken me 8 years to finally find someone reliable who does great work, ....and of course I'm not giving you their details!
I keep them too busy right now, but if the work dries up, or slows down any then I'd be glad to share them, but you know what it's like trying to get good work people. If they're good, they're busy.
I've found that, if someone can show up "that" afternoon, ...then either it's a huge favour for a friend or .....they're crap.

Hi I'm sorry people think i'm self promoting, i was merely replying to a post that says if anyone is "cheaper, has 20 yrs experience and is licensed and insured" to post their details, which i did do ..........did i not reply to a self promoting post?

Just so everyone understands
It is perfectly ok to recommend anyone you have used personally. That person is not allowed to reply to treads saying how good they are or that they are cheapear than $2.50 a sq foot, that is self promoting. His posts were reported by more than one person and action taken which is final.
To give this person the benefit of the doubt as he is a new member he was sent a pm and a call made requesting he contact myself to explain, as yet he has not done so
If anyone has a problem with this or futher questions, this should be done through pm to myself, any of the mods or admin

Surely if the rules say you can't, you can't. If they are silent that is a different matter. I have not read the forum rules per se, but am interested in what the position is. Presumably it is as Susie mentioned otherwise she would not have made the last post.
