Just looked and listened to this lady Susie - to be honest with you don't quite know how I feel about it - on the one hand I am wishing England was tougher on people coming in, so how am I in all honesty going to berate this lady, although I do know they take it to the nth degree and are paranoid - this is the land of Disney so when you see people coming in with their kids after a long flight it is very off putting for them to have to deal with their attitude - after all we know we are innocent - but in their eyes we are guilty until we prove we are innocent.
