Immigration Attorneys

I know this is a subject that is constantly discussed on many forums, but I think that it would be useful to know which attorneys are the best to use.

Would it be possible to compile a list of IA's that people have used for particular types of visa. As ever there are horses for courses and whilst one IA may excel in E2 visa applications - their knowledge about more specialist visas may be limited.

I personally would like an IA with experience in the EB category - exceptional alien.

Good idea Caroline. Once we get a list of recommended attorneys (from users with 25+ posts, say), i'll put the information in a sticky to help everyone choose.

Great Idea, we do need to be careful that we only post the attornies that are good and we have worked with.

Best not say who was bad on a public forum :)

I would recommend an attorney that is a member of www.aila.org (American Immigration Lawyers Assn) The do have a referral service
