Hi

I just wondered if you are renewing your visa do you?

A. Get immigration attorney in USA?

B. Get attorney in home country?

C. Do the renewal by yourself?

Neither way can be easy, with paperwork going to and fro. Which is why there is a very real need for renewals to be processed in the USA

[QUOTE=mark]Hi

Hello Mark, As a visa agent in London, 100% of renewal applications that come to my office for visa issuance are instructed through the attorney in the USA. Rgds. Lisa.

Good to have you on board, hope you are able to partake and also learn a lot of what problems we are currently facing. They get more and more as time goes by

Hi
We have friends that have tried all of the ways of renwal some with No problems others with loads of problems.I would say speak to people get there recommendations of who they have used.Two advantages with a US attorney no time difference when questions arise and no conversion of funds to pay.

Hi

For the very first application it makes sense to apply in your home country as for the renewal, I would not want to take this task on myself. With any renewal, I prefer to be able to sit down face to face with my attorney so I opt for an attorney in the USA
