hi Peter

Thanks for posting

I am currently having an extremley hard time with Blue Cross Blue sheild

They have continually charged me insurance for my husband since his passing. They keep promising me they will sort it out but have not done so

When I paid the July bill I attached a note to say the bill was incorrect and needed someone to call me asap. Needless to say no one has bothered so have not paid the Aug statement.

I did get a call asking why I have not paid and gave the reason. Her reply was # Well you have to pay the bill and we will get it resolved, if you do not we will cancel the policy #

Feel like I am on a merry go round with them at the moment

I will not bore you all with the full story, it has been ongoing since May but I would be grateful if you are happy with your medical cover please share who they are and link to any site, Thanks
