Granted it was not a brilliant video in terms of quality (and total cr*p in terms of the actual content), but the point is that was a homemade thing. With the slightest imagination you can create something much better (and credible). Probably a series of short videos on specific isssues might be a good way to go so people can pick and choose what to watch. As i mentioned months ago.

I met with that realtor back in 2004 when he tried his hardest to sell me a house at Winslow Estates on US27. Promised it would be finished in 18 months, and that if I did not put down 5% deposit that day, they would be gone tomorrow. Still nothing there I believe, and they are still trying to sell homes at Winslow on the website.
However they did a good job on TV, and like the Orange County Chopper guys would have a bit part business if it were not for the time on TV.
He reminds me of an old fashioned Cough medicine sales man.
