Regarding the chat, we are unsure on how best to run it, so its trial and error.

We will probably use the chatroom first, however if its too chaotic then we might use a thread thats open for say 30 minutes, where everyone can post a question. After that the thread is closed, and he'll reply.

If anyone else has any other suggestions, we'll be glad to receive them.
