People on another forum were getting all excited about the article by Kelly in the Sentinel on 26th on kids aging out because Kelly put Sue and Gavin down as being E2 holders not L1 Somebody thought there must have been a change in the law on E2 and kids. This underlines the necessity for an article like this to be 100 percent correct in content.
There is another partly incorrect and confusing article in this weeks Reporter about long visa processing delays in London but the journalist is wittering on about it affecting the tourist industry not realising that 90 percent of British tourists dont need a visa and the delays are really affecting more would be immigrants than tourists.

Hi Julie
I will need to read it again but in the mean time it would be a good idea for anyone who feels Kelly made a reporting error to send her an e-mail or post so on the reply to her Blog about it
I think she may have confused with the facts in my case. If my case is approved it will help thousands and thousands of children who have been told they aged out.
On the whole what a fantastic report bearing in mind she has no immigration qualifications and bet the Senators in Orlando read it. In fact I know they did because I called them regarding Lorrains case and the first words out of Terry Mulford was, " Saw you in the newspaper again this week !! "

Hi Julie
Yes I agree but sometimes human error just happens. I think it is a good idea for those who understand to all contact Kelly then maybe she can do another article correcting her mistake
Such a long story I suppose she should be forgiven for a mistake. I wonder if she sent a proof to the attorney guy for review

Hello Julie
My sister called and said she has heard on the news again today about the US scrapping the WVP
Looks like they now expect visitors to buy their way into the USA, just for a holiday. I don't think so
Don't they understand that mum, dad and three kiddies will not travel for miles to stand in the embassy to have the honnor of paying a fortune for a visa
They will just go to France to see Micky or try Spain
Hi Julie
Can you post a link to the other article you mention ?
