I have been advised by an attorney that as I have a higher degree I can be fast tracked through to a green card, probably by the end of the year. We would be using Elliot Green of Coral Springs to run this through who is a member of the Florida Association of British Business.

Does anybody have experience of this process or Elliot Green

If you google 'EB2' it takes you to the USCIS section on EB2. What it amkes very clear is that it is both about the persons qualifications and the job. The 2 should equate to one another. Not knowing the E2 business it's difficult to offer comment, but say an E2 property manager with a PHD would IMHO not cut it with USCIS under this EB2.

Immigration is federal and you do not have to be a member of Florida Bar.
I have a recollection he is in California

My understanding is, you would have to be petitioned by an employer and the job would have to be such that it requires someone with a Masters degree, and the degree MUST be related to the job.

The employer would also have to file labor certification to demonstrate they cannot fill the position with a USC.

Hope this helps.

Hi, We are using Elliott Greene for our GC. Very good so far, everything has gone as stated. No surprises. They are very exact on how they want the application done. Proven track record. Worth the money...
