Canadian spouse moving to UK

Hi,

My husband is French and he found a job in the UK. He doesn't need a work permit being a EU citizen, but I as a Canadian do. However, being his spouse, can I automatically receive a work permit (spouse visa) in order to look for a job?

Or is it complicated? What should I do?
