Who are these idiots that are in charge of yesing or noing the E2 visa's.
I have just been contacted by my visa attorney who has received details from the Embassy in London, They will not give details as to why we have been called for 221g not advise me what to take along, they have said that 'If I want to attend a personal interview' i need to let them know by 12 oct so they can put me in another que! No, i dont want to attend the 221g, what i want is to know why they are questioning what has been called a rock solid file by 3 Va's, I want to know why....after ticking every damn boz on the form (so to speak) i am still not in receipt of my visa 30 weeks down the line.....I want to know why these idiots feel they can play with my families life and P*ss about with delays and emails and letters.

AND...I want to go home

I really think you should book urgent appointment with your congressman, tell him all this and see if he can throw any light on whats going on

Makes you wonder if they have already made their mind up to deny your visa. I thought these 221's were being held as paperwork was out of date

The committee needs an intro letter so we can forward to all Senators and the like and in the same token, let them know we are here fro the duration and not going away

How can they hold a 221g without you? Presumably if you don't attend you're done for so you have to go given that it's a prima facie denial - armed it sounds with everything. Updated buisness plan, updated financials for your business etc. I can't believe they wont tell you why you're being called - it smacks of them almost wanting to catch you off guard & fail.

My Va has emailed them back saying i do want a personal interview and has demanded more information, he has a previous email saying they would provide all the info we need so he has pushed that back at them.
I am going to start acting on this, as i said in my email to you, ill get everyone involved and wont go down without a fight.
