I have just been informed that Jane's husband has passed away. She know of our site but has not been able to join as she has been nursing her terminally ill husband.
Herself and Husband run a small property management company in Kissimme and although are both green card holders, their adult children are not.
The children have just been in Florida to visit their parents and could not stay past the VWP of 90 days.
She needs them now and for the foreseeable future to give both moral and practical support.
There was another case recently of a couple on E visa. They too owned a property management company. The husband was the main visa holder and wife dependant.
Since the husband passed away, the wife was given 30 days to leave the USA. She could inherit the business, but NOT her husbands visa status
She has had no choice ! She has had to sell her home, bury her husband, go to probate and get out of the uSA within 30 days !
I had a long conversation with the reporter who attended UCF/Martinez seminar, who is amazed at what is going on. He has promised to speak with Kelly, so as not to duplicate the exact same story angle but wants to keep updated on our efforts and said he will support us
